Yachae bibimbap (\uc57c\ucc44 \ube44\ube54\ubc25)<\/h3>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yachae bibimbap<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, i.e., bibimbap (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ube44\ube54\ubc25<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) with vegetables (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uc57c\ucc44<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), is a <\/span><b>rice dish with topping of different vegetables<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. They tend not to be cooked in soy sauce (which contains gluten), but just in case, you can always specify that you cannot eat it and to prepare it without it. You can use the expression:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\uc800\ub294<\/b> <b>\uac04\uc7a5\uc744<\/b> <b>\ubabb<\/b> <b>\uba39\ub294\ub370<\/b> <b>\uac04\uc7a5<\/b> <b>\uc5c6\uc774<\/b> <b>\ub9cc\ub4e4<\/b> <b>\uc218<\/b> <b>\uc788\uc5b4\uc694<\/b><b>?<br \/>\n<\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeoneun ganjangeul mot meogneunde ganjang eobshi mandeul su isseoyo?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><b>I can&#8217;t eat soy sauce. Can you remove soy sauce\/not put soy sauce in the food?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On top of the bibimpap you can also choose whether or not to put a fried egg in the center. Important, however, is not to take the version of bibimbap with meat. It would in fact be bulgogi, which is beef marinated in soy sauce. Finally, it is better to also specify not to put chili paste. Sometimes it is served separately, while for many others, it is already put directly on the plate. Samgyeopsal (\uc0bc\uacb9\uc0b4) and moksal (\ubaa9\uc0b4)<\/h3>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samgyeopsal<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">moksal<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are <\/span><b>pork cuts to be grilled<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that are usually served raw and are then cooked directly by diners on a grill in the center of the table. They are generally never marinated beforehand, and by seeing the meat already when it is raw, you can be sure of what you are about to eat. Be careful, however, not to assume that you can eat everything in Korean barbecue cuisine. In fact, not all meat to be grilled is served unmarinated. In fact, another type of meat often found at Korean barbecue and it is called <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yangnyeom-galbi<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uc591\ub150\uac08\ube44<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) and is marinated in a sauce that contains soy and therefore gluten. We therefore recommend playing it safe with samgyeopsal or moksal to eat 100% gluten-free in Korea.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>3. Kimbap (\uae40\ubc25)<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kimbap is a roll of <\/span><b>seaweed stuffed with rice<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and other ingredients. The filling to be included in addition to rice is varied and can contain with or without gluten. The most common types of kimbap that are definitely gluten-free in Korea are <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yachae kimpap<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uc57c\ucc44<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uae40\ubc25<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">chamchi kimpap<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ucc38\uce58<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uae40\ubc25<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), with vegetables and tuna, respectively. Cakes and desserts<\/h3>\n<p>How can we resist sweet treats? While most desserts contain gluten, it doesn&#8217;t mean you can&#8217;t find anything gluten-free in Korea. Let&#8217;s unravel three gluten-free dessert shops you can easily find in Seoul.<\/p>\n<p>Located in Mapo-gu, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/immu_bake_shop\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Immu Bake Shop<\/a> (\u110b\u1175\u1106\u1172 \u1107\u1166\u110b\u1175\u110f\u1173\u1109\u1163\u11b8) is a gluten-free and vegan bakery shop featuring many cake flavors. They also host baking classes regularly, be sure to check them out.<\/p>\n<p>Conveniently situated in Seongsu-dong, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/cafesosohage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cafe Sosohage<\/a> (\uc18c\uc18c\ud558\uac8c) is a gluten-free bakery cafe selling a variety of fruit-flavored and seasonal cakes that you can choose from. In addition to the classic rice, vegetables, meat, fish, etc., rice noodles are also very common.
