Part-time work is a key part of your personal development, as well as being a great way to practise the foreign language you\u2019re studying while living abroad.<\/span>\u00a0But how do you find a part-time job in Korea? We will explain it in this article.<\/span><\/p>\n

Find a part-time job in Korea on Albachonkuk and Albamon<\/b><\/h2>\n

With a D-4 student visa<\/a>, it is possible to work part-time in Korea for up to 20 hours per week, after the first 6 months of language training. For the work permit<\/strong> you will first need to apply by receiving approval from the school and then obtain the official permit from Immigration. <\/span><\/p>\n

The most popular way to find a part-time job in Korea is through two online platforms: Albachonkuk <\/strong><\/span>\uc54c\ubc14\ucc9c\uad6d<\/a> <\/span>and Albamon <\/strong><\/span>\uc54c\ubc14\ubaac<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

These are recruitment sites used by Koreans<\/strong>, where you can find any kind of job, in various fields: bars and restaurants, fast food, clothing shops, general office, and so on. In order to access the various jobs and see the details, you will have to register on the site first. You can also download the <\/span>app<\/b> on your mobile phone, if it is more convenient for you to navigate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that it is important to have a basic level of Korean<\/strong> to be able to find a part-time job in Korea and communicate with customers, colleagues and employers. Additionally, you will need at least a TOPIK 2 or higher to work up to 20 hours a week. Not having a TOPIK score or having just\u00a0 TOPIK 1 only allows you to work up to 10 hours a week.<\/span><\/p>\n
