Geongangsikpum<\/strong> (\uac74\uac15\uc2dd\ud488, health food) is a traditional choice as it signifies being considerate and wishing for one\u2019s good health. Hence, It has been a popular gift for parents during Seollal. In Korea, Geongangsikpum <\/strong>includes Insam (\uc778\uc0bc, ginseng) and Kkul (\uafc0, honey). Tea products such as Daechucha (\ub300\ucd94\ucc28, Jujube tea),\u00a0 Insamcha (\uc778\uc0bc\ucc28, ginseng tea), and Yujacha (\uc720\uc790\ucc28, yuja tea) and vitamins including multivitamins, Omega-3, and probiotics are also widely considered as well. These health foods not only strengthen immunity, and overall health, they are also perfect gifts that will convey your love and gratitude to your loved ones.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n
