Korean Regular Program

KOREAN REGULAR PROGRAM

The Korean regular programs run for 10 weeks, 4 times throughout the year in Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. This program is offering a curriculum for the foreigners / overseas Koreans to develop their Korean skills for studying or employment.

Without a student visa: 3 months

With a student visa: 6 – 24 months

Morning Classes: 09:00 – 13:00

Afternoon Classes: 13:00 – 17:00

*class times are chosen by the school based on Korean language proficiency

School intensity

Medium intensity means the school gives you a perfect balance between study pace and free time. This means that you’ll be able to enjoy your life in Korea, while still being able to effectively progress your studies.

Students are offered visa sponsorship if they study 6 months or more.

Costs

Total course costs

The total costs include the application fee (KRW 90,000) and the tuition. The application fee is not refundable.

  • Textbook: KRW 20,000 to 26,000 per term
  • School health insurance (Mandatory): Approximately KRW 25,000 per term

Term breakdown

BEGINNER - LEVEL 1

  • Learn consonants and vowels in Korean and practice basic sentence patterns.
  • Strengthen communicative ability for daily life conversations.

BEGINNER - LEVEL 2

  • Appropriate for learners who have taken over 200 hours of Korean language education or have equivalent competency in Korean.
  • Strengthen communicative ability for daily life and college life conversations.

INTERMEDIATE - LEVEL 3

  • Appropriate for learners who have taken over 400 hours of Korean language education or have equivalent competency in Korean.
  • Develop communicative ability required for various social activities and practice skills needed for college level academics.

INTERMEDIATE - LEVEL 4

  • Appropriate for learners who have taken over 600 hours of Korean language education or have equivalent competency in Korean.
  • Strengthen communicative ability required for various social activities and practice skills needed for college level academics.

ADVANCED - LEVEL 5

  • Appropriate for learners who have taken over 800 hours of Korean language education.
  • Learn advanced level vocabulary and increase grammatical function knowledge.
  • Learn professional knowledge for college level education.
  • Develop communicative ability suitable for employment and business environments.
  • Develop communicative ability for professional fields.

ADVANCED - LEVEL 6

  • Appropriate for learners who have taken over 1,000 hours of Korean language education.
  • Enrich advanced level vocabulary and increase grammatical function knowledge.
  • Enhance professional knowledge for college level education.
  • Strengthen communicative ability suitable for employment and business environments.
  • Improve communicative ability for professional fields.
